What you’ll need

A rough description goes a long way:

• Roof material — Colorbond / metal, terracotta tile, concrete tile, asbestos cement, or “I’m not sure”
• Approximate roof age — under 10 years, 10–25 years, over 25 years, or “I don’t know”
• The job — leak repair, broken tiles, full re-roof, restoration, gutter replacement, storm damage, insurance claim, or general inspection
• Photos — not required, but speed things up. You can email them after the form goes in.

What you’ll get back

A written quote with line items. Not a verbal price over the phone, not a “ballpark” — a written, itemised, in-writing quote you can compare against the market ranges we publish openly on our blog. The roofer signs and dates it. You sign and date it back if you want to proceed. If you don’t, no further contact unless you ask for it.

Storm damage and insurance claims

If the job is storm-damaged or you’re going through an insurance claim, tick the Storm Damage / Insurance Claim option. Insurance assessors typically want a written quote within a few days of the storm event — we route storm-damage leads ahead of normal quote queues to meet that timeline.

For insurance claims, the roofer quotes the work and (separately) provides a damage report compatible with insurer requirements. RidgeFox Roofing is not an insurance broker and does not negotiate with your insurer on your behalf — that conversation is between you, the roofer, and the assessor.
