Privacy Policy

RidgeFox Roofing is operated by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787) (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use ridgefox.com.au.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and suburb
• The roofing service you’ve requested and any project details you provide
• The page on our site that you submitted from (for analytics)
• Standard server log data (IP address, browser, timestamp)

We do not collect bank details, credit card information, ID documents, or sensitive information as defined by the Australian Privacy Principles.

How we use it

Your quote-request data is used solely to:

1. Forward your enquiry to the trusted licensed Adelaide roofer for your suburb so they can prepare a quote
2. Confirm with you that the quote was received and follow up if it was not
3. Improve the website (anonymised analytics only)

Who we share it with

• The trusted local roofer for your suburb — receives your name, contact details, suburb, and project description so they can prepare a quote.
• Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager — receive anonymised usage data only (no personally identifying information).
• GoHighLevel — our contact-management platform, hosted in the United States with appropriate data-protection commitments.

We do not sell your data, share it with marketing lists, or pass it to any roofer other than the operator for your suburb.

How long we keep it

Quote-request data is retained for 24 months in our contact-management system, then deleted unless you’ve actively engaged the roofer (in which case the roofer retains the file per their own record-keeping obligations under SA building regulations).

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent (which stops further communications)
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 for anonymised usage analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels for advertising purposes. You can opt out of analytics via your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting or a browser-level privacy extension.

Security

Personal information is transmitted via TLS-encrypted HTTPS only. Data at rest is encrypted in our contact-management platform. We follow reasonable industry security practices, but no internet transmission is 100% secure — by submitting the form, you accept this small residual risk.
